Will you be aged under 35 in 2018?

If in 2018 you will be under 35 years of age, living alone and not working, housing benefit may not pay all the rent on your home due to government welfare changes.
You can find out what you will be eligible to claim for by checking on https://lha-direct.voa.gov.uk/search.aspx.

If you think these changes will affect you, we would recommend that you only bid on homes advertised at a lower social rent level.

Transferring within Sentinel owned accommodation:

If you are transferring from a Sentinel owned home, you must allow the housing association to do a home inspection before you move. If you do not allow an inspection to be carried out, or you have not looked after your home in line with the tenancy agreement a transfer may be refused.
