To check for available properties:

In order to check for available housing association vacancies, and to place a 'bid - you can log into your account by clicking on the 'Login/Your Status tab above.
You should then follow the instructions to 'bid' for any properties which you wish to be considered for.     


To make a new housing application:
In order to make a new housing register application, you can create a new household by clicking on the 'Create a Login' tab above. You will then be able to make a new application by completing the online form.  

Once you have submitted an online application form, you will receive a registration letter from the Housing Team within 10 working days.   

Important notice regarding annual renewals:

Please be aware that when making changes to your application as part of your annual renewal - you must go through to the end of the form and press 'submit' in order for your renewal to be registered.
