Note: Please note that the change from points to bands came into effect on the 1st of March 2011. The bedroom standard has also changed as of the 1st of March 2011: click here to see how we calculate the number of bedrooms you can apply for. Please contact us if you have any queries about this. In addition, changes have been agreed to the allocation policy for homes advertised through the HomeSelecta partnership. This means that priority will be given to applicants from certain councils before those from other areas. We are doing this to ensure that a fair share of lettings go applicants from in each council area. This change will mean that an overall balance between the number of people housed and properties let can be achieved by each council. HomeSelecta Adverts for each property will state which councils applicants will normally be given priority. Extra Care at Campbell Place |
